As a Personal Management Licence holder you must take all reasonable steps to ensure that you do not place the holder of an operating licence in breach of their licence conditions. To ensure that both your own, and your employer’s licence, is protected, licensees must conduct themselves with integrity and co-operate with the Gambling Commission at all times.
